Hi. Since I can't express what I write here, this "<" and ">" stands for #. In the exercise it says to put #html# and #/html# after #!DOCTYPE html#.
Is it suppose to look like this?

1 #!DOCTYPE html#
2 #html#
3
4 #/html#
