I am having trouble deleting user input from a text entry box created using tkinter grids.
The command seems to be: text.delete(0, END)
However, that doesn’t work. What seems to work is: text.delete(0, 10), as long as the text input is no longer than 10 digits.
But, if I create the text entry boxes using a tkinter grid, as opposed to more standard text entry boxes, the command throws an error “none type object has no attribute.”
I know what that error means, but the command works in the simpler program where entry boxes are not created using grids, but throws the error if entry boxes are created using grids.
Any help would be most appreciated.
