Declined Payment Problem "Please check that you have provided the correct card ..."

I can’t get a monthly membership even though I have a sufficient amount of balance in my bank and typed my card information correctly. the support line returned 2 times that my balance was low, but my balance was almost 10 times the membership price. 1 time it said 3d secure error, but I even entered my one-time password sent to me correctly. Has anyone received similar errors. I tried visa and master card from 2 different banks

I have already done what you said. They did not say anything other than what I mentioned above. I am trying to reach people who have the same problem as me. Can anyone help me if they have reached a solution?

Your best bet is to open a support ticket with CS. The turnaround time is ~24-48 hours.
Or, this is something you need to handle w/your financial institution.

I talked to customer support. They said that the bank is the one declining the transaction; you would need to contact the bank to get this resolved.

I have contacted 2 banks and they have already confirmed that the transaction steps are correct and that there is no problem. If you want, I can get a written document from my bank. It is quite interesting that I got this error in my 2 banks. . is there a country where you have a purchasing restriction?

According to customer support, it does not appear that your country has any restrictions. The block is coming from the bank. I apologize that we couldn’t resolve this from our end!
