I dont think decimals work with this

With what?

Decimals in Python are called floats, which have a slightly odd behaviour sometimes. This has something to do with the way they are stored in memory. So, seemly simple multiplication 1.5 * 1.5, can sometimes lead to a number with 15 (I think) decimal places.

Is the member referring to the lesson on the Decimal module? That’s a whole 'nother ball of wax.

I’m not entirely sure. Maybe they are; I was just providing one possible reason why the “decimals” may not be acting as they expected.
