I undertook a small project to analyse GDP versus life expectancy. The conclusions are a little light, but it was more to practice from analysis all the way through to charts and a blog post - it was great fun.
If anyone wishes to give input, please do so.

Demonstrating the impact of national GDP and life expectancy.
Hey masha,
I like your project! I think you are onto something very interesting with analyzing the GDP vs life expectancy of developing countries, specifically Zimbabwe. You could possibly compare the rate of change of countries that are developing vs countries that are ‘first world’. This would be especially interesting given that it seems there is a growing health epidemic in rich nations, which could be resulting in shorter life spans.
Also, specifically, I think that you could add labels to the individual data points that show what year they are from. It could help clarify what we’re looking at exactly.
Best,
Tex
