Just a heads up for Data Science learners:
In the Multiple Linear Regression, Street Easy project there’s a mistake in step 4. When you go to test the predictive model, you’re testing it on a Brooklyn apartment (plugging in BK values), while the model is built utilizing the Manhattan cvs file. You would need to build the model using the Brooklyn csv file instead if you’re trying to predict a BK rent. (I already reported it).
Rents differ (pretty substantially) between the boroughs of Manhattan & Brooklyn (& Queens for that matter). Trust, me.
