CSS Specificity and Attribute Order


An early step in the Door Chore exercise mentions:

As far as I can tell declaring the attributes in any order doesn’t affect how things are rendered, and as I understood CSS specificity ID always takes priority over Class and so on. Is the step phrased this way just to say that writing elements out that way is conventional because it can keep that fixed order in mind?
