CSS link not working

Hello,

I am using Brackets to try out what I’ve been learning through CodeAcademy so far.
The CSS link seems to be not working when i check the preview mode.
Here is a screenshot of the code (both CSS & HTML). Both files are in the same folder on my laptop.

you use smart quotes for your rel and type attribute, this should be quotation marks (")
