Oops, try again. Did you remember to make your h1 font-family Verdana?

HTML

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
	<head>
		<link type="text/css"/> <rel="stylesheet"/><a href="stylesheet.css"/>
		</head>
	<title>Result</title>
	<body>
		<h1>Change me to Verdana.</h1>
		<h3>Change me to Courier.</h3>
		<p>Make me purple!</p>
	</body>
</html>

CSS

p {
    link type="text/css"; rel="stylesheet"; a href="stylesheet.css"
}
h1 {
    font-family:Verdana;
}
h3 {
    font-family:Courier;
}
p {
    color: purple;
}
/*This is a Comment!*/

this:

link type="text/css"; rel="stylesheet"; a href="stylesheet.css"

doesn't belong in the css file, it is html code.
remove p which contains the link from the css file

now the <link> in your html code:

<link type="text/css"/> <rel="stylesheet"/><a href="stylesheet.css"/>

<link> is one element which has 3 attributes:

<link type="" rel="" href="" />

Got it to work right. Thanks.
