CSS an Overview Lesson 26 ERROR

I keep receiving the error message saying I need to set text-decoration: none; in CSS which I have done. I have seen other posts talking about this so I have also have tried using <a style= "text-decoration: none; color: #cc0000"> .... I also have deleted everything but my links and their formatting. I was wondering if there has been a solution for this problem.

    color: #4a4943;

    width: 300px;
    border: 1px solid #4682b4;
a {
 text-decoration: none;
 color: #cc0000;

this exercise doesn't work in chrome and opera at the moment, so the fix would be to use FF or IE

thank you!! By any chance do you know if it works on safari, as I am working on a mac. I know I know boo macs....

You experience the problem as well in safari? I think it should work, the code you posted on the forum certainly works

Sorry, I was asking if it would work in safari, bit it did work in Safari! Thank you very much.
