Css 7/10

#1

I think it is the same as my problem.
CSS 7/10 consists of four steps to change "font-size". The first two work fine and you can continue to the third step.

Task:
Now, let's get some experience using rem values.
In main.css, for the p selector, add:
font-size: 2rem;

Code in main.css:
p {
font-size: 2rem;
}

When you click "run" it changes the font size but does not unlock the "next" button to continue to step 4.
Can you see anything wrong here?

Check your zoom and make sure it's on 100%
Then submit your code, if you still get an error copy all of your code so I can see it..

How the lesson works: after each step click run, at the end when all steps are checked green then click next

Hello, I'm not sure it this was you are talking about but here is what I think:

In the course of the font-size for the CSS we have to use "em" and not "rem". So your code would be:

p {
font-size: 2em;
}

Simply remove the R, tell me if it works !

Hi All the P needs to be above the hero so I got this to work with this code
h2 {
font-size: 56px;
}
p {
font-size: 2rem;
}
It appears that all the h and paragraph notes need to be aligned together
.hero {

It's a bug but found the answer that worked for me in another thread: just put 32px instead of 2rem.
p {
font-size: 32px;
}
No idea why.. just give it a go, maybe that's it.

It is a combination of moving the P and removing unrequited } so I have got it to go forward by doing the following

body {
height: 100%;
margin: 0;
text-align: center;
width: 100%;
}

h1 {font-family: Palatino, 'Palatino Linotype', serif; color: rgb(121,149,117);
font-size: 32px;
}

h2 {
font-size: 56px;
}
p {
font-size: 2rem;
}
.hero {
background-image: url(https://s3.amazonaws.com/codecademy-content/projects/make-a-website/lesson-2/bg.jpg);
background-size: cover;
font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;
color: white;
}

.hero a {
color: #00FFAA;
font-size: 24px;
text-decoration: none;
}

footer{

font-size: 0.75rem;
}
