Oops, try again. Set the color of the p element inside <div class="jumbotron">..</div> to #fff
this is my css code

.nav a {
color: #5a5a5a;
font-size: 24px;
font-weight: bold;
padding-top: 14px;
padding-bottom: 14px;
padding-left: 10px;
padding-right: 10px;
text-transform: uppercase;
}
.jumbotron {
background-image:url('https://goo.gl/04j7Nn');
height: 500px;
}
.jumbotron h1 }
    color #fff
    font-size 48px
    font-weight bold

.jumbotron p {
        color: #fff
        font-size: 20px
   }

#2

You are missing one curly brace, and you have another one backwards.

Can you see where now?

#3

Its change nothing code now:
.nav a {
color: #5a5a5a;
font-size: 24px;
font-weight: bold;
padding-top: 14px;
padding-bottom: 14px;
padding-left: 10px;
padding-right: 10px;
text-transform: uppercase;
}
.jumbotron {
background-image:url('https://goo.gl/04j7Nn');
height: 500px;
}
.jumbotron h1 {
color #fff
font-size 48px
font-weight bold
}
.jumbotron p {
color: #fff
font-size: 20px
}

#4

.jumbotron h1 {
color #fff
font-size 48px
font-weight bold
}
.jumbotron p {
color: #fff
font-size: 20px
}

You need to put semicolons on the ends of those property: lines.

#5

on your .jumbotron p you need to switch the order of your color and font size
@textplayer22728

#6

That isn't going to make any difference -- unless the semicolons are added too!

#7

i got the result friends.its not a jambotron.its a container.

.container p{
color:#fff;
font-size:20px;
}

#8

Your selector, as written above, is now selecting p elements in ALL the container divs. The exercise would like you to select the p elements in ONLY the jumbotron.

Do you see the difference that makes?

#9

those semi colons are sneaky buggers. totally overlooked them when trouble shooting my code. Thanks!
