Creating configuration file for Babel

<PLEASE USE THIS TEMPLATE TO HELP YOU CREATE A GREAT POST!>

<Below this line, add a link to the EXACT exercise that you are stuck at.>
CONFIGURE BABEL

"In order to make Babel work, you need to write a babel configuration file.

In your root directory, create a new file named .babelrc. If you get prompted about starting a filename with a period, go ahead and say that it’s okay.

Save the following code inside of .babelrc:

{presets: [‘react’] }
Babelrc
That’s it! Babel is now ready to go."

When it says root directory, does that mean inside the directory with the package.json file I created in the last step of the React.js installation process or in my computer’s root directory? I know the “.” before the file name makes the file hidden but I just want to be positive I am saving it in the right directory.

<Below this line, in what way does your code behave incorrectly? Include ALL error messages.>

```
Replace this line with your code.
{presets: [‘react’] }
<do not remove the three backticks above>
