Hello! If you don’t want to learn HTML and instead C and C++, why wouldn’t create a version of HTML? I want to already!
That would be like re-inventing the wheel. HTML is a living language which means new iterations are extensions of the existing recommendations. It’s the basis of the working group approach to keeping the language up to date with emerging technologies.
If you want to develop web apps or web pages then learn HTML to start with. If you want to create full-fledged executables including browsers, word processors, database systems, spreadsheets, operating systems, etc. then take the C route.
