Could we have an HTML/CSS email design course, please?

I’ve searched the Catalog and Community, and I’m really surprised that I haven’t seen any results for this:

Could we please have a course about HTML/CSS email design? I thought it would be pretty straight-forward after learning how to make responsive web pages, but it turns out it’s a whole different kettle of fish, and requires more advanced knowledge of tables… not to mention the various unique quirks of Outlook, Gmail, etc.

I never actually wrote anything here about this; I only submitted the request form for this same thing so thank you for making a post about this. It’s very much needed!

Sometime after this post, I found two types of frameworks that look like good leads:

  1. Mailing.run - React-based which Codecademy seems to lean into using for web development.
  2. Maizzle
