# Conditions & Control Flow 6. And bool 4

#1

The problem states:
Set bool_four equal to the result of -(1**2) < 2**0 and 10 % 10 <= 20 - 10 * 2

which should reduce to -1<1 which is true, and 0 <= -80 which is false, so the answer to bool 4 should be false but I keep the message "Oops, try again.
Double check your value for bool_four!".

Or am I misunderstanding here?

#2

`10 % 10 <= 20 - 10 * 2` is True because 20 - 10 * 2 = 20 - 20 = 0. Note that there's only one * sign.

#3

Ah! That's where I went wrong! Thank you for pointing that out it makes so much more sense now haha

#4

Would very much appreciate your help!
I'm still stuck in this Bool_four
bool_four = -1 < 1 and 10 % 10 <= 20 - 20 is True
what am I doing wrong??

#5

Hi here

``````-1 < 1 is true
10 % 10 <= 20 - 20 ===>  0 <= 0   is true
true and true = true
If you want it to become false just try to change the first one like that
-1 < 1 and  10 % 10 <= 20 - 20``````
#6
But I'm still getting the error message that I eed to check ook_four
I'm trying all kind of combinations and still dont get it right
#7
Are you aware that you only have to put in
`bool_four = True`
and nothing of the way you got there?
#8
now I get it....didnt understand thats the purpose
bool_five was a bit poblematic as well until I figured out what he really wants...
#9
Hi try that
``-1 > 1 and  10 % 10 <= 20 - 20``
