Conditionals & Control Flow, it seems the right answer is wrong

I put 'False' as bool three since 10 % 3 <= 10 % 2 is 'True', and 'not True' is 'False'. But when I run the code it says it's wrong. 5 is greater than 3.33 right?? Forgive give me if this a really obvious problem I overlooked, I'm new to coding.

This % is modulo, so we are not talking about division in this case. Modulo is about the rest from division, so 10%3 is 1 and 10%2 is 0
