SyntaxError: Unexpected token

Hi fellas...so i got this error and I don't want to use "&&" since I didn't have that lesson yet...so there should be another way

var userChoice = prompt("Rock, Paper or Scissors?");
var computerChoice = Math.random();
if (computerChoice <= 0.33) {
    console.log("rock")}
    else if (computerChoice > 0.34 ;<= 0.66) {
        console.log("paper")}
        else {
            console.log("scissors")
        }

so i get that i can just write " <= 0.66 "....but what if i want to set for example ">0.4 and <=0.66"
