Solving make sure Make sure the `<div class="neighborhood-guides"> ..</div>` is after the jumbotron and add `<div class=“thumbnail”>..</div>`
I hope this post helps, I have been helping/trying to help many people here on CodeCademy , I have noticed common mistakes made by learners in the lesson Bootstrap and I just want to highlight it so maybe you could find your solution here...
With regards to the error: Make sure the
<div class="neighborhood-guides"> ..</div> is after the jumbotron. In Neighborhood guides grid- lesson 5
Common mistake is that the jumbotron tag is nested within the neighborhood guides tag.
What you need to make sure is that you close your jumbotron div and after closing it then you add neighborhood-guides div
<div class="jumbotron"> <div class="container"> <h1>Find a place to stay.</h1> <p>Rent from people in over 34,000 cities and 192 countries.</p> <a href="#">Learn More</a> </div> <!-- close container --> </div> <!-- close jumbotron --> <!-- now add neighborhood guides --> <div class="neighborhood-guides"> <div class="container">
With regards to the error: add
<div class=“thumbnail”>..</div> Bootstrap in lesson 7 adding images 2
Common mistake is that the first div col-md-4 is not closed
So make sure in your first
col-md-4 div you have two
thumbnails then close it and then add in your next
<div class="col-md-4"> <div class="thumbnail"> <img src="http://goo.gl/0sX3jq" /> </div> <!--This tag closes the first div thumbnail --> <div class="thumbnail"> <img src="http://goo.gl/an2HXY" /> </div> <!--This tag closes the second div thumbnail --> </div> <!-- This tag closes div col-md-4 -->
