Could you try
ruby -v please, just to make sure Ruby is happy.
Then could we get a screenshot of your whole browser window so we can see the same errors that you are seeing?
Looks like you're on windows.
If you use your local machine and you use a very different operative system, you'll have to expect things not to be the same - and it's something that should be mentioned in your question.
