Codecademy Pro refund


About a month ago I purchased a month’s worth of Codecademy Pro services and used it for about 2 weeks. I thought that at the end of the subscription it would be automatically suspended until further payments are made. However, this morning I received a mail in which I was informed that I was billed for a second month, a payment which I did not request nor was I given a heads up in advance that money would be taken from my account. Please help me resolve this issue and refund this second’s month payment, which I did not request, and for which no ahead warning was given.
