Codecademy Documentations

Should we read all the documents given on this site (for example in Full Stack Engineering path)? I think very little of the information in these documents (for example Test Driven Development with JavaScript articles) is necessary for us. Reading them feels like a waste of time. What do you think about it?

It all depends on what you are trying to do with the information. Additional reading on promises, TDD, or anything else will help you become a more well-rounded developer. If you are more focused on going through lessons to complete projects, maybe it’s better if you just save the links somewhere and come back to them later if you need them.


I think one should read the articles (in addition to any official documentation about the specific programming languages). I think it helps one get a more rounded education from other sources/resources too.
