My code works fine. Codecademy's original code does not work.

This is the error message for Codecademy code before I have made any modifications:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "python", line 5, in
TypeError: range() takes exactly 1 argument (2 given)

I expect Codecademy's supplied code to work.

Replace this line with your code.

Can you post your code?
Do not forget to format it well!
Formatting the code:

#3

There is no code for me to post. I have not written any!

#4

Then How come you're getting that error?
hint**
Read the theory.
Read the instructions and try to follow them

#5

Yes. That is my question!

#6

You must have started with some code?
Can you put that here ?

#7

Repeat I did not enter any code.

I am compiling Codeacadenys code!

#8

Repeat without code there would be no error.
If you read the instruction, There is a way to go!

Reasons of errors

  1. Syntax, logical error
  2. You're not following instructions and writing no code/ different code as intended by Codecademy!

#9

Please stop with the insults, please go away.

Repeat I have not written any code.

#10

I apologize again!

#11

please post the code that is giving you the error so we can help correct any problems

Nobody can help you if you do not post the code. Everyone is trying to help, just let them.
