Changes are not showing in my web browser section - help please

#1

No error messages are being displayed, however I'm certain that I am entering the CSS correctly. When I save to the style.css file, the changes are not being reflected in the web browser.

Please can someone advise me on what could be causing the changes to not be reflected. Thank you
