I recently got a job offer from Geek Squad in BestBuy. Is this a good starting place for my career or would self teaching on CC be more beneficial? Any opinions are appreciated since I have never worked there myself. Thank you for your time and help!
Why not both?
Take the job and study. Both are learning experiences too.

Honestly I suggest to take the job and see what it’s like, and to keep learning more in your spare time. If you don’t like it, continue to learn and look for more jobs.

I’m genuinely interested and it will only teach me. Just didn’t know if it would be relevant experience or not. Thank you!

Honestly, I think it’s good to not be so narrow in focus. You never know what you could learn or who you could meet/connect with in this job.
