CANT set up SQLITE!

Hello
After downloading SQLite:

1. All my three folders are without .exe
2. even if I open SQLIte without exe and without gitbash (it opens when i double click on sqlite3), I cant make it work with tables
3. if I paste the file location Git says not found, tried with Downloads folder and with new folder, nothing helps
   Please, help
