I’ve been learning Python here and I got to 80%. Then you rolled out the update for it and I thought and decided to start over. So I went to reset my progress, confirmed, the page reloaded and… nothing happened. I did this multiple times.
I’d appreciate any help.

Have you tried actually logging out then back in to see if it changes?
I have the same problem with Python. Logging out doesn’t help.
I’m also unable to reset my progress in the Python course.
Just contacted the support team. They said
Thanks for reaching back out. At this time, there isn’t a way to reset your progress back to the start. Hopefully, within the next week, you will be able to do this. The functionality will be restored once we finish the migration of the course to our new learning environment. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.

Anyone have any updates on this issue? I was able to reset my Python progress (i.e from 45% to 0%) but when I start the course all the codes are already written, which kinda s*cks cause I would like to re write them and distinguish what the cousrse gives me to get started.
I have the same problem with the “Introduction To JavaScript” course.
