As counting numbers go, 1 and 2 are the smallest, and you didn't add them.
1 + 2
is the same thing as 3, but satisfies the instructions. Try with some big numbers, this time. The bigger issue is the variable naming. As it is written the first line will raise an error.
count_to = 1089 + 5040
It's not working for me either. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
