Can't configure SQLite GIT bash alias to the command - make it work just typing sqlite3 on git bash. It is kept giving error message 'No such file or directory'

it is kept showing up > [ winpty: error: cannot start ‘/C/Users/tugu8/Documents/2.’: No such file or directory ] error message.
