Can´t go forward

#1
// Define quarter here.
var quarter = function (number){
    return number /4;
};
if (quarter) (4) (% 3 === 0 ) {
  console.log("The statement is true");
} else {
  console.log("The statement is false");
}

Where is the mistake in the exercise??? Don´t get it.....

#2

You messed up with the () here:

if (quarter) (4) (% 3 === 0 ) {

#3

In your "If" statement, instead of (4), you must put (12). there is 4 and 3, multiply them both, and you get 12!

Hope it helped!:smile:

#4

first of all thanks!

sorry for my ignorance....but still don´t get it where did I messed up??

isn´t right the ()??

#5

thanks for your help but it looks like a syntax error....

#6

What haxor789 is saying is that the parentheses is supposed to be like this:

if(quarter(12) % 3 === 0)

#7
