Can someone explain this code step by step?

results = []
for student in class_list:
student_avg = get_average(student)
results.append(student_avg)
return average(results)

I get lost after for student in class_list:

Arguably if you know what each thing there does you wouldn’t need anything explained to you
If you don’t know any of it, then I’d say go back and do it again
If something’s simply not explained or otherwise eludes you, then ask about that

It’s too easy to ask “explain this to me”. Makes me think 75% of what I’d say is going to be wasted. There’s no telling what you’re missing unless you say what that is
