Can I just delete my entire project folder on my hard drive after I've run npm start and npm build or do I need to uninstall something first?

I just finished the capstone-project Jammming but so much went wrong that I want to do it again from scratch.

Which brought me to a question: if I’ve created a project with create-react-app do I need to uncreate it with a special command before I toss the folder? Or can I just go rmdir jammming or delete it in the windows explorer to get rid of it?

Mind, when I’m working with node I still feel like I’m at the foot of Mt. Everest with only a bottle of water and earmuffs to get me to the top - aka I feel I have no idea what I’m doing. So if my question seems out of place, that’s probably why.
