Can explain overlapping / neighborhood guides <div> issue

#1
 <div class="jumbotron">
        <div class="neighborhood-guides">
            <div class="container">
            <h2>Neighborhood Guides</h2>
            <p>Not sure where to stay? We've created neighborhood guides for cities all around the world."</p>
            <div class="row">
                <div class="col-md-4">
                </div> <!-- Close 1-->
                <div class="col-md-4">
                </div> <!-- Close 2-->
                <div class="col-md-4">
                </div> <!-- Close 3-->

        </div> <!-- Close container-->

@imisery Hi, What is your question ?

#3

When you look at the code in a webpage 1) it overlaps some of the divs on top of each other. 2) I'm getting the error that "neighborhood-guides" div is not within "jumbotron" div, when it seems it is. Am I missing something within the tags or is it just a course error ?

#4

what lesson no is this so I can see instructions as there's no mistakes in the coding it's self its just nested under the wrong div

#5

Lesson #5 neighborhood guides.

#6

<div class="neighborhood-guides">

goes after this and the second container goes in <div class="neighborhood-guides">

<div class="jumbotron">
      <div class="container">
        <h1>Find a place to stay.</h1>
        <p>Rent from people in over 34,000 cities and 192 countries.</p>
        <a href="#">Learn More</a>
      </div>
    </div>

like so:

<div class="jumbotron">
      <div class="container">
        <h1>Find a place to stay.</h1>
        <p>Rent from people in over 34,000 cities and 192 countries.</p>
        <a href="#">Learn More</a>
      </div>
    </div>

    <div class="neighborhood-guides">
    <div class="container">
    <h2>Neighborhood Guides</h2>
    <p>Not sure where to stay? We've created neighborhood guides for cities all around the world.</p>

  <div class="row">
    <div class="col-md-4">
      ...
    </div>

    <div class="col-md-4">
      ...
    </div>

    <div class="col-md-4">
      ...
    </div>

  </div>
</div>

#7

Thank you ! I screwed up the nesting.

#8

@imisery when It gets like that its best to reset the lesson and start reading instructions and do step by step
