I am the course learn the command line and it says I am zero perctent I am doing the updated one.I am also not a PRO sudscriber
Courses are updated regularly on learning platforms to stay ahead of the curve, also you have the optionality to reset your progress on a current course as well 
If you think that you lost your progress try sending an email to support staff or send in a bug report, which can be found beneath the instructions of most lessons on Codecademy
