Bug with css

I have a problem with corecly writed code . I don't know why , but the system call it like mistake , fix it please .

Please paste in your HTML code as it looks like your CSS is not linked as the other tags styling is not applied as shown in screen shot

I had the same problem
Just zoom it (ctrl+0) in 100%
