Breast Cancer Classification

Hi, so I am currently doing the “Cancer Classification” Project. however, I want to do it off-the platform by using anaconda. however, when I try running this code(don’t mind the code, its not finish yet):

import codecademylib3_seaborn
from sklearn.datasets import load_breast_cancer
from sklearn.model_selection import train_test_split
from sklearn.neighbors import KNeighborsClassifier

breast_cancer_data = load_breast_cancer()

# print([0])
# print(breast_cancer_data.feature_names)

# print(
# print(breast_cancer_data.target_names)

training_data, validation_data, training_labels, validation_labels = train_test_split(,, test_size=0.2, random_state=100)

# print(len(training_data))
# print(len(training_labels))

classifier = KNeighborsClassifier(n_neighbors=3)

it output

The kernel appears to have died. It will restart automatically.

I have tried to restart the kernel and clear all output, but it keeps getting me an error.

Delete the Codecademy seaborn line. You need to import seaborn on its own.

import seaborn as sns

Try using Jupyter initiated from your terminal rather than anaconda navigator. Did you try a different IDE? Does it work in Colab?

Maybe this will help? I wonder if it’s a memory issue? Maybe close some apps.

in re: memory, see the answer w/3 votes here.
