Bool, need help urgent!

I am lost, what do i do here i have been trying to figure out what to do for some time now and I am brain dead. PLS HELP! 
here is the error: File "python", line 10
    bool_three = (2 != 2) not "alpha" == "bravo"
                                    ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
PLSS REPLY WITH THE CORRECT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIX AND/OR WHAT  I DID WRONG

You need to connect:

(2 != 2)

with

not "alpha" == "bravo"

Using and or or.

i need to use 1 of each
1 not
1 and
1 or
the and/or look to be fine but i think the not is wrong
