Bool 4 always wrong

Replace this line with your code. 
bool_one = 10 == 9 and 11 == 8 is False

bool_two = -(-(-(-2))) == -2 and 4 >= 16**0.5 is False

bool_three = 19 % 4 != 300 / 10 / 10 and 100 == 99 is False

bool_four = -(1**2) < 2**0 and 10 % 10 <= 20 - 10 * 2 is True

bool_five = 8 == 8 and 9 == 9 is True
