I did not sign up for automatic billing and yet I am still being charged for almost $300 with zero notification that I was going to be automatically renewed for a new year. This is unacceptable and misleading. Also, you don’t provide any clear customer service contact information, which is ironic for a company that supposedly focuses in part on teaching effective UX design.

Contact customer support and create a help ticket. The turn around time is usually 24-48 hours.
