Best_friend problem

#1

/*Add your CSS below!*/

div {

display: inline-block;
margin-left: 5px;
height: 100px;
width: 100px;
border-radius: 100%;
border: 2px solid black;
}

.friend {
border: 2px dashed;
color: #008000;
}

.family {
border: 2px dashed;
color: #0000FF;
}

.enemy {
border: 2px dashed;
color: #FF0000;
}

best_friend {

border: 4px; solid #CC0000;

}
Can you tell me why the solid hex code does not work? Is something messed up in the other code?

The forum is for if you are properly stuck. Don't make questions to quickly, rather revisit exercises which explain border, or visit the glossary. Or other documentation like MDN since there is a problem with your syntax

im sorry. Its just that when i had a lesson like this before, i had the same problem. IT WAS THE SOLID COLOR! :sweat:

#4

im sorry. I see to be having the same problem

#5

border has 3 values, these values are separated by spaces. The css rule ends the moment a semi-colon is encountered, which is why it is important to separate the values with a space

OKay THANK YOU! I DID IT!
