There are forum badges and there are exercise badges.
Forum badges are awarded for desirable forum behaviour. For a list of all the forum badges, you can check here https://discuss.codecademy.com/badges. There you can see what each badge is for and how many times the badge has been awarded. You can view the forum badges that you have received by checking your https://discuss.codecademy.com profile.
Exercise badges are awarded for completing exercises. There is no place to see a complete list of exercise badges. You can view the exercise badges that you have received by checking your https://www.codecademy.com profile.
