Autorenewal for Pro but even active on the account?

I got notified of a $230 hit to my PayPal for Code Academy Pro which I suppose is renewing from last year. After re-accessing my account (which I do not even use) its prompting me to upgrade to Pro by purchasing? When trying to access Code Academy support it is just a bot that goes in circles about there being ‘No Refunds’ for Pro and an ancient email support line. PayPal rejected my claim of this being a mischarge and there has not been many avenues for help. Where is the account that’s being charged? How do I get my money back/if not can I at least have access to Pro? What a nightmare…
