This is what I have worked on so far. I have some notes at the top of the program as what I want to add yet. The only thing that I know I have to change is my code for checking where the majority of an age group, or the majority of the overall number of insured reside. I have to change it so that if the max is equal to another region it gives both regions so the result is more accurate. This took some hours to put together and it is hefty. I may be able to trim it down.
