Anti vowel - why doesn't this work?

#1

def anti_vowel(text):
text = "Hey You!"
for c in text:
if c = ['a','e','i','o','u','A','E','I','O','U']:
text.replace(c," ")
return text

#2

It doesn't work because this line:

c = ['a','e','i','o','u','A','E','I','O','U']

is an assignation operation. In if you should check if c is in your list.
