Well. It says that i don't have a border. I've looked online and pasted multiple codes that should have worked... Also tried the Ctrl+0 thing and it didn't work.
Oops, try again. Did you remember to give your image a 1px solid #4682b4 border?

your link to stylesheet is missing so the html file is unaware of the css file

I have the same issue. Just been told it's a bug with the system.

well, as you can see in this post, the bug was with disguisedprogrammer code.

So if you have a problem, please make a new topic with html and css code so we can have a look

border width is affected by browser zoom, so make sure the zoomlevels are right
