Anchor tag not recognized

I anchor the img tag as asked, but the code is not run and the lesson keeps asking me to anchor my img tag. I have inserted the screenshot of my problematic page. Please help.

that looks fine. This is the problem with this new learning environment, i can't rerun the code. Please copy paste your code to the forum and the exercise url, so at least i can have a better look
