I’m currently working on the SQL section of the data science course.
The new AI-generated hints are good, but I have some issues with how they work (or don’t).
Previously I used the hints most often after I had completed a step in a project to confirm that I had the right idea, not to get help in how to do something. Then new AI-generated hints appear to have a daily limit to how many times you can get a hint versus previously I never noticed a limit. This is very inconvenient. It would be nice to be able to access the old style hints and/or access the new AI-generated hints.
I’m not a fan of the AI generated “hints” either.
Would be nice to have the option to switch off that feature and/or have access to the previous hinted material. That said, if/when I get stuck, I just go elsewhere to figure it out.

Is there really no way to globally disable it? I have to manually access the ‘standard hint’ each time?
No, I don’t think so. Though, I don’t work there.
I think it’s a great suggestion to be able to have the option of being able to select the old hints or the AI generated ones AND to be able to switch them (AI) off entirely.
Perhaps @mariana_b can pass this along to the devs.

I’m not a big fan of the new hints either.
Don’t forget you can always click ‘Get Unstuck’.
