You have a typing mistake in the URL that you have used to link to the shift.css file.

That is because it is HTML code and we are reading it with a web browser.

Go back, and click on the edit tool
- select all of your code
- click the </> button on the editor's toolbar

If you click on it you will see that it leads you to an error.

I can see the difference between it and the one from the exercise, but maybe you want to have one more look before I give it away?
