About error about in user YAML

I meet the “Error in user YAML: (): did not find expected key while parsing a block mapping at line 1 column 1” in .md file, when I open it on github. The wrong content is shown as below, I think it is same as the item entry templet.

I think it might be a problem with the backslashes in the description. I could get it to pass if I took them out and replaced the outer quotes with double quotes:

Description: "A supply chain attack targets an organization's software or hardware supply chain, compromising it to gain unauthorized access or control over the organization's systems."
