A refund

Dear codeacademy Team
Recently you charged me quite a hefty amount of money due to subscription reasons however I wasnt sent an email or anything prior to that day,that i was going to be charged yesterday but also I wasnt actively using codeacedemy and im sure you can probabaly check that so because of that I was not aware that i was still a member and that apaprently i was on a a certain memebership plan

So i just wa ted to ask kindlt if I could please get a refund back for the money you charged me yesterday? That would be really appreciated.

How long do customer support take to respond?

I don’t know. But, I’ve heard that turnaround time is 24-48 hours.
